A capital works project at Bega.
Paynter Dixon worked with Sapphire Coast Aged Care at Bega on the NSW South Coast on a significant extension and refurbishment of its facilities.
The first stage included the construction of two residential and administrative wings.
Wing one included:
- 16 bedrooms
- Lounge areas
- Dining and servery
- Covered car park
Wing two included:
- 30 bedrooms
- Lounge areas
- Dining and servery
- Administration
The project also included an underground service link to the existing building, courtyards and landscaping.
The second stage involved a major refurbishment of existing facilities, including a new central kitchen.
