With his architectural background, Matthew has a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction, from project conception through to completion. He has extensive experience in construction design in a range of sectors including hospitality, commercial, education and civic facilities. Matthew’s experience in education master planning extends to campus-wide design and multi-site consolidation.

Nick has been with Paynter Dixon for over 25 years, originally joining as a Design Manager, progressing onto Design Team Manager, Pre-Construction Manager and ultimately his current role of General Manager – Design. The range of projects that Nick has managed and been involved during his time at Paynter Dixon includes hospitality venues, aged-care facilities, industrial sites and commercial buildings.

Previous executive roles include National Manager, Loss Adjusting at Johns Lyng Group, National Manager, Loss Adjusting and earlier Head of Client with Sedgwick (formerly Cunningham Lindsey) and State Manager, Qld with Bay Building Group. Anita is a role model and mentor for young women and aspiring executives in the building and construction industry.

With extensive technical ability, Tim successfully applies his engineering background to assist clients throughout each project life cycle to ensure a cost-efficient service.

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in Australia and the UK in the preparation of cost estimates, tenders and feasibility studies over an array of projects across the education, aged care, hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors. Kevin has worked on a variety of projects including high schools, universities, heritage, residential, commercial, airport terminals and office and commercial refurbishments.

Rifhat has spearheaded operational performance and service delivery across the insurance landscape. Her work has focused on building high performance teams which embrace customer service and continuous improvement.
Previous roles have included Head of Complex Claims and Assurance with Strata Unit Underwriters, compliance management with CGU Insurance which is a subsidiary of ASX-listed IAG, and Chief Client Officer with a prominent insurance services builder.
Rifhat is constantly striving to improve service delivery through her leadership in strategy, governance and best practise. As Head of Insurance Operations, Rifhat oversees Paynter Dixon’s rapidly-growing insurance building services division.
