Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles, including CFO roles in ASX listed, multi-national and private companies. Stephen has experience across a broad range of industries including property development, mining, information technology and consumer goods.

Matthew Greene
With his architectural background, Matthew has a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction, from project conception through to completion. He has extensive experience in construction design in a range of sectors including hospitality, commercial, education and civic facilities. Matthew’s experience in education master planning extends to campus-wide design and multi-site consolidation.

Kirk Bolte
Kirk has returned to Paynter Dixon following his initial tenure from 2000 to 2006. His expertise in the project development lifecycle has underpinned the delivery of large-scale projects and infrastructure across government, education, commercial, residential, retail and aged care.
Kirk oversees business development and project delivery in southern NSW and the ACT, harnessing his long professional association with the greater area. Operating at a strategic level, he works closely with clients to customise design and construction solutions in line with their business objectives.
