Michael Koen
Michael has 20 years of experience in the design, construction and project management of challenging projects domestically, in the South Pacific and the Middle East. Having spent 15 years as an Army Civil Engineer, Michael has developed a wide-ranging understanding of delivering projects within complex environments, including health and medical science.
