A design and construct project which delivered improved functionality for the school and its students.
Toongabbie Christian School in Sydney’s west initially engaged Paynter Dixon to complete a master plan.
Following the completion of the master plan, the school requested Paynter Dixon draft design plans for the refurbishment of an administration block and a building known as G Block.
The buildings were refurbished to accommodate administration, student services, secondary teaching collaboration and Information Technology.
The project also included a significant upgrade to the campus security through the addition of security controlled gates and fencing. This has resulted in a secure learning environment for staff and students.
Paynter Dixon also completed a major upgrade of the school’s auditorium.
The scope of works included an upgrade to the air-conditioning system, new acoustic wall and ceiling linings and modern lighting system, with a retractable bar for school events.
