The Divercity precinct is one of the most prestigious places to live in Waterloo. However, combustible cladding on high-rise residential buildings pose a significant problem.

Paynter Dixon was engaged to remediate the impacted buildings as Principal Head Contractor. This end-to-end role oversees the removal of cladding, and the design, installation and certification of a replacement cladding solution. Requiring fine attention to detail, the work includes concrete repairs, landscaping works to the roof, and repainting of façades.

Multi-storey façades are accessed by elevated work platforms, fixed scaffolding, swinging stages and abseiling.

Working in a live environment, our team constantly liaises with the facilities manager.
