High achieving executive Anita Wilson has joined Paynter Dixon to head up its fast-growing insurance services sector.

Anita has worked for some of the biggest names in the insurance sector, including an ASX listed company as National Account Manager and Head of Clients and Sales at the international insurance claims administrator Sedgwick.

Anita took up the new role at Paynter Dixon, impressed with company’s more than 100-year building history and enviable portfolio of new buildings, restorations, repair and remedial works across multiple building sectors, and trusted market relationships forged often over generations.

“I see in Paynter Dixon an extraordinary team of professionals, a sincere commitment to customer and a business supported by a vast network of quality contractors, specialists and suppliers,’’ Anita said.

“I am excited and have great confidence in presenting Paynter Dixon Insurance Services to the market.

“I am confident as we present our capability to the market and demonstrate our understanding and delivery of Insurer industry requirements, Paynter Dixon will become a trusted adviser to claims managers and loss adjusters across the state. When the market thinks of large loss projects, Paynter Dixon will rightly be top of mind.”

For Anita, customer service is in her DNA.

She started working in her parent’s milkbar in the Blue Mountains after school when she was just eight years old, packaging up the lolly bags for hungry school kids.

“What I have most enjoyed through my working life is meeting so many interesting and professional people,” Anita said.

“Insurance is a family, a community.

“My friends and colleagues in this industry are so important to me!’’

Executive Chairman James Boyd said he was delighted Anita has joined Paynter Dixon.

“Anita is a dynamic executive and people leader with an outstanding record in the insurance industry,’’ he said.

“We are confident, under her direction, the Paynter Dixon insurance division will experience strong growth.”
