Paynter Dixon was engaged to oversee the design and construction of the new building which features eight classrooms, open learning spaces, three science labs, STEM facilities, Atrium and Learning Stairs.
Excerpt:
College Principal Mrs Felicity Marlow is extremely grateful for the expertise of Paynter Dixon, who ensured the design phase engaged all relevant stakeholders; staff, students and parents, along with their dedication to the completion of the project, despite the challenges imposed on them from COVID-19 lockdowns.
Mrs Marlow is also excited for the longevity and reach of this project. “With the significant enrolment growth that Norwest is experiencing, it is exciting to know that these facilities will not only benefit the college’s current secondary students, but will also be a blessing for the large number of ELC and primary students, as they grow, as well as prospective students, awaiting enrolment.”
