Where it began

New South Wales is home to Paynter Dixon’s head office and the place where the business was founded in 1914. Over more than a century, our work across the state has grown to span health and aged care, education, hospitality, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, as well as specialist remedial projects.

From complex live environments to large-scale new builds and long-term upgrade programmes, our experience reflects both the breadth of our capability and the strength of our relationships. Backed by national expertise and grounded in deep local knowledge, we bring consistency, certainty and considered delivery to every project across the state.

Paynter Dixon’s work across the education sector is grounded in long-term partnerships and future-focused planning. At Toongabbie Christian College, this is reflected in a multi-stage relationship spanning master planning, refurbishment and new build works. The delivery of a new three-storey primary school, alongside upgrades to existing facilities, has created a cohesive campus that supports growth, enhances security, and enables a seamless learning journey from early years through to senior education.
