At Mater Hospital, the team was engaged by St Vincent’s Health Australia to deliver a significant expansion and upgrade, combining new build works with complex refurbishments. Carefully staged to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations, the project includes a new Palliative Care ward, extensions to the existing Day Surgery facilities, and supporting infrastructure upgrades, enhancing critical services while prioritising patient, staff and visitor experience.

The multi-stage refurbishment of Club York reimagines the venue as a contemporary destination in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Delivered within a live trading environment, the project introduced a new feature bar, upgraded gaming and dining areas, and a complete transformation of internal spaces, creating a modern, flexible venue that elevates the member experience without disrupting day-to-day operations.
