Michael has more than 30 years experience in construction, engineering and project delivery across Australia and internationally. A former Army Civil Engineer, he works closely with clients and project teams from early engagement and preconstruction through to delivery and completion. Michael provides executive oversight, supporting timely decisionmaking, effective risk management and the collaborative resolution of project challenges. His focus is on building strong client relationships, driving accountability and ensuring project teams remain aligned to deliver safe, commercially sound and successful project outcomes.
