Paynter Dixon successfully delivered a multi-stage refurbishment of Club York, revitalising hospitality and entertainment spaces while the venue remained fully operational.

Stage 1 works focused on the ground floor and Level 1, including a striking new bar with brass flute lights and goal post feature, recessed lighting, Marblo wall panels, a new outdoor gaming area, and refreshed tiling, carpet, and painting throughout. Complex logistics were managed with a tailored traffic control plan, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials despite restricted access and handling space.

Stage 2 extended the upgrade to the Mezza Bar, lounge, and outdoor dining areas, creating modern, flexible spaces that enhance the club’s entertainment offering and member experience. Together, the staged works represent a significant transformation that positions Club York as a contemporary destination in Sydney’s CBD.
