The project replaced existing windows and spandrels with a high-performance glazing system, combining full-height glass with robust aluminium framing for durability and

protection. Fire safety was enhanced through the installation of fire curtains and an automated system that closes windows and doors in an emergency. To improve site access, the team engineered a 25-metre bridge linking the street to the multi-storey scaffolding. Careful planning in a live environment ensured residents

experienced minimal disruption throughout the works.
