Paynter Dixon partnered with West Tamworth League Club (WTLC) to deliver a transformative multi-stage refurbishment, completed in 2025. Guided by our integrated design and construction model, the project modernised the venue while maintaining live operations throughout delivery.
The redevelopment introduced a striking new façade with porte cochere, skylight, sculptural water feature, and green walls, creating a bold and contemporary arrival experience. Inside, members are welcomed by an expansive lobby with a dramatic 19m curved LED screen, new reception, and bottle shop. Refurbished gaming areas, upgraded back-of-house spaces, and modernised administrative offices were also delivered, alongside sustainability initiatives including a relocated solar array that doubles as carpark shade.
Delivered in close collaboration with the WTLC Board and management, the project was carefully staged around major community events, including the Tamworth Country Music Festival, ensuring minimal disruption. The result is a revitalised, future-focused venue that enhances member experience and positions WTLC as a leading destination in regional NSW.
