Paynter Dixon partnered with Walker Corporation to deliver The Palms Village Shopping Centre, the first major retail centre within Riverlea, South Australia’s largest masterplanned community.

Designed to provide Riverlea residents with convenient access to essential services and amenities, the centre comprises seven separate buildings incorporating a Coles supermarket, boutique retail, casual dining, a medical centre, childcare centre and gym. The development also includes extensive landscaping and a large outdoor car park, creating a convenient and connected retail hub at the heart of the growing Riverlea community.
