Paynter Dixon was engaged to refurbish Lulworth House at St Luke’s Care in Potts Point, part of Australia’s first holistic campus for ageing Australians. The project transformed internal areas of the residential home, creating a modern, inviting environment that balances functionality with comfort.

The works delivered 21 bedrooms with private ensuites, alongside a new dining area and servery, upgraded lounge, and refreshed back-of-house facilities. Decorative finishes, Art Deco–inspired windows, and a revitalised colour palette contribute to the home’s warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Delivered within a live environment, the refurbishment was carefully staged to minimise disruption and ensure continuity of care for residents and staff. The result is a renewed facility that enhances quality of life while reflecting St Luke’s commitment to excellence in aged care.
