95 residential apartments, 7 retail spaces, and 4 levels of parking, blending coastal living with a cosmopolitan lifestyle and revitalising the town centre for locals and visitors alike.

Despite challenges including COVID-related cost pressures, boundary-to-boundary site constraints, and 78 days of poor weather, CODA was delivered safely, on time, and to a high-quality finish.
