Paynter Dixon delivered Stage 1 of a multi-stage Design & Construct upgrade for the Armidale City Bowling Club, reimagining key hospitality and social spaces to broaden
the club’s appeal and revenue streams. The project introduced a contemporary, interactive sports bar environment with integrated entertainment experiences,
alongside upgraded café facilities and improved accessibility. Designed for flexibility, the new space also functions as a highly sought-after function and event venue, positioning the club for future growth ahead of Stage 2 works.
