Paynter Dixon has been appointed to deliver this $200 million, two-tower development featuring 248 luxury residences, premium commercial offices and ground-floor retail.

The journey began in regional NSW, where Paynter Dixon's work with West Tamworth League Club demonstrated that exceptional club construction is not the exclusive domain of city venues. That project became a benchmark for what regional clubs could achieve and signalled to the broader industry that Paynter Dixon brings metropolitan-quality thinking to every market it operates in. That reputation carried forward into some of Australia's most complex club environments. 
At Bankstown Sports, one of the country's largest and most demanding hospitality venues, Paynter Dixon delivered staged works within a live, trading environment, protecting revenue, minimising member disruption and producing transformational results.
This relationship sits as a cornerstone of the portfolio, proving the capacity to manage large-scale, high-pressure builds with precision and professionalism. That same discipline translated seamlessly to Blacktown Workers, where multiple engagements over many years elevated the relationship from contractor to long-term construction partner, each project building on the last, with lessons carried forward and the client's vision understood at a deeply institutional level.
