SOL by Walker
Maroochydore
In partnership with Walker Corporation, Paynter Dixon is delivering SOL by Walker, a $200 million residential and mixed-use development in the heart of the Maroochydore City Centre.
Comprising two 19-storey towers with 248 luxury residences, premium commercial offices and vibrant ground-floor retail, SOL represents a new benchmark for coastal living.
Beyond construction, our team is deeply engaged with the local supply chain supporting Queensland trades, consultants and suppliers as we build this landmark project.
Revival Church
Belconnen, ACT
Paynter Dixon is delivering targeted remedial works at Revival Church in Belconnen, addressing water damage and restoring key internal areas of the facility. The scope includes ceiling repairs, mould remediation and carpet replacement, carefully coordinated to ensure a safe and functional environment for the congregation. The project reflects Paynter Dixon’s specialist capability in remedial construction, delivering efficient, considered solutions to extend the life and performance of existing buildings.
Arden
Broadbeach
Further strengthening our Queensland portfolio, Paynter Dixon has been appointed to deliver Arden, a landmark $150 million residential tower in the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
Comprising 33 storeys of premium apartments, Arden is designed to set a new benchmark for coastal living, combining high-end residential design with a strong focus on buildability and delivery.
Our involvement reflects the continued confidence in Paynter Dixon’s construction capability within the residential sector, as we partner with leading developers to bring complex, design-driven projects to life across Queensland.
Vikings Club
Tuggeranong, ACT
Paynter Dixon is delivering a comprehensive refurbishment of Vikings Club, revitalising key areas of the venue while maintaining day-to-day operations. Spanning the ground floor, Level 1 and external areas, the project includes upgraded hospitality spaces, new bowling greens and a complete transformation of the club’s internal and outdoor environments. Carefully staged to minimise disruption, the works are scheduled through to mid-2026, reinforcing Paynter Dixon’s capability in delivering complex hospitality projects within live trading environments.
