The remedial team will be busy at the historic Goldsborough Mort building in Darling Harbour for a number of weeks undertaking roof terrace waterproofing and tiling works. A creative approach will be required to undertake the works due to limited internal access to the external work areas.
The Goldsbrough Mort Building was erected in 1881. Three floors were added in 1922 and in 1935 the original building was burnt. Following that fire the current building was created and in 1995 it was converted into apartments.
